1. Canon EOS C200 EF Cinema Camera
The Canon EOS C200 EF Cinema Camera features a built-in EVF, 4″ LCD screen, top handle, Super 35mm CMOS sensor, and Dual Pixel Autofocus. The C200 can also record Canon’s Cinema RAW Light internally via its single CFast card slot. You can output video via the camera’s SDI output, and the built-in XLR connectors provide two channels of audio at line, mic, and mic+48V level. A built-in Ethernet connector provides input/output control. This feature is ideal for users who regularly shoot with smaller crews, who shoot moving subjects, or who want smoother, more natural-looking autofocus. The new feature places a high priority on maintaining sharp focus while providing a natural, smooth autofocus movement with select Canon EF lenses – including newer-generation STM lenses – which offer even smoother and quieter operation. The EOS C200 features a built-in 0.46″, 1.23MP color EVF, and 100% field of view coverage for comfortable viewing and accurate judgment of composition, focus, and color. Built directly into the C200 are two XLR audio inputs with +48V phantom power, and a 3.5mm microphone terminal is also built into the camera.
2. Panasonic AG-DVX200 4K Camcorder
The Panasonic AG-DVX200 4K Camcorder with Four-Thirds Sensor and Integrated Zoom Lens brings professional features and familiar camcorder ergonomics to the Micro Four Thirds sensor format. The camera records to SD cards and requires U3 speed class cards to record 4K video. The camcorder features timecode in/out, a 3G-SDI output for HD video and an HDMI connector that provides 4K output. The lens has individual lens control rings built into the lens for focus, zoom, and iris, as well as a power zoom rocker. The V-Log L gamma curve allows you to capture 12 stops of dynamic range. Capturing in V-Log L will produce a flatter looking image that provides more latitude for post color correction. Simultaneous record duplicates your recording on both cards, and dual codec recording allows you to record using a different codec to each card, so you can record 4K on one card and HD on the other.

4K and HDR are now available in an easy-to-use camcorder format with the Sony FDR-AX700 4K Camcorder. Using the HLG format, HDR (High Dynamic Range) images can be recorded and processed for playback on HDR screens. Dual SD card slots, an LCD and viewfinder, manual controls, a 12x zoom range, and a comfortable form factor make the AX700 an all-around camera for anything from family events to professional filmmaking and videography. So, whether you’re tracking fast-moving vehicles or actors moving through the frame, the AX700 will be able to keep up and maintain a sharp focus.
